Campus Trails: a contemporary community connected to nature.

Welcome to Campus Trails: where we are bringing our community-centric vision to life with stunning attention to detail.

Here, condo owners can surround themselves with natural forest and meandering walking trails, while enjoying all the modern amenities that condo life has to offer.

Campus Trails community members live just a few short minutes from downtown Huntsville, and only steps away from the Campus Trails Medical Centre, boasting: a pharmacy, a dozen doctors in two family physician groups, a physio clinic, and One Kids Place (providing a full complement of health care services for children).

Learn what our Campus Trails residents love the most about living here.

  • Thank you to our resident, Katherine C., who has graciously shared her thoughts about living at Campus Trails.

"When we were considering downsizing and transitioning to condo life, we were immediately attracted to the convenience of Campus Trails," she asserts. Catherine goes on to explain that the location is in close proximity to downtown Huntsville and allows her to walk to work on nice days, which is a perfect fit for her lifestyle. "We really believed in the Campus Trails vision of a community, and we felt it immediately after moving in. We couldn't be happier that we made the leap," she says.

  • A huge shoutout to Bruce and Gloria K. for taking the time to share their experience of living at Campus Trails with us!

“We bought our condo at The Alexander early on with the intention of using it as an income property and moving in during our retirement years. However, when we saw the progress and got an in-person look at our spectacular view, we knew we had to move in immediately. We knew it would be something special,” explained Bruce and Gloria.

  • A big thank you to our residents, Don and Mary S.! We're so grateful you shared your wonderful experiences with Campus Trails.

Don explains," I was hesitant to move from our house into a condo because I didn't want to feel like I was living in a hotel. I wanted a place that felt like home. We worked with Cindy to customize our unit to suit us, and the design services she provided were top-notch." Don advises, "If you're considering [buying a Campus Trails condo], go ahead and do it. I cannot stress that enough. Why would you wait and buy a condo resold when you could get in immediately and get everything done to your specifications?"

Wellness Centre

While enjoying the amenities of their modern condos surrounded by natural forest, our community members live conveniently close to: a pharmacy,  a dozen doctors in two family physician groups, a physio clinic, and One Kids Place (providing a full complement of health care services for children).

"At a time when our health services are strained beyond capacity, doctors and nurses are under incredible pressure, and facilities are short staffed with no end in sight, the outcome of this project highlights the strength of Public/Private partnerships. Thanks to our collective effort, families in Muskoka can now rely on this modern facility.” – Pat Dube, owner of Greystone
