Our Approach to Building
We started Campus Trails with the Medical Centre; however, The Tom was the first condominium building to go up.
The concept and its dashing good looks were received so well that we will use The Tom's general look + style going forward to establish continuity (and architectural beauty) throughout our community.
When we planned our approach to building Campus Trails, we used the sloping landscape to our advantage.
The natural incline of the topography offers a view of the rolling Muskoka horizon from every site – and each condominium building is situated in a way that leaves natural views unobstructed by its neighbour.
